About Tammy

Tammy has been teaching Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® Waves practice since 2001 (Heartbeat, 2010), practicing the 5Rhythms since 1997, and living them since before she knew they existed. Apprenticed to Jonathan Horan she is also licensed to teach Cycles. She teaches throughout the U.S. as well as internationally. A 5Rhythms Global NY, and 5Rhythms Teacher Training, staff member, she also holds weekly classes in New York City. Tammy has made her living as a dancer, a lighting designer, a travel agent, and a librarian. She creates her life dancing the 5Rhythms®.
